With over 12 years in UK TV Factual production I have extensive experience of writing research summaries, programme proposals, synopses, treatments, scripts and voice overs. My TV Director credits include Bargain Hunt, Flog It!, Car Booty, Out & About and Birdwatcher, for the BBC and The Good Health Guide, People & Pets and Animal Passions for HTV. I can supply a Broadcast Media CV on request with full Broadcast & Non-Broadcast Credits including on-screen DVCam Broadcast Credits from 2000.

I have produced ob docs, corporate, educational & music videos as Perceptive Films. I love being behind the camera and am told I have a good eye, I enjoy editing and use Final Cut Pro on Mac or Vegas s/w on PC.

As Perceptive Music I write, record and perform original songs and combine music and media whenever possible through ‘behind the scenes’ documentaries.

Before my TV career I contributed articles to Community Radio, Magazines and Newspapers in Bristol as well as press releases, adverts and listings. After that I taught Film, Radio and TV Production at FdA level for Bath Spa University and went on to instruct young people through Media Apprenticeships.
I have recently completed my first novel and enjoy writing short stories. I’ve put a couple of extracts on this site, I hope you enjoy them.
To sum up I’m a creative person with a wide range of practical skills and talents and still have a youthful outlook on my experienced shoulders.
